– Listing of the needs, wishes, requirements, possibilities
– Agreement to be made and signed by both ACT and client
Step 2: property finding
– Extensive search of properties based on prior consult
– We join you on the visits to properties, selected by you, arranged by ACT
– ACT can also do the visits on your behalf and let you join virtually
Step 3: orientation
– Pre-move orientation tour
– Neighbourhood tour
Step 4: offer
– Extensive check of the contract
– Help negotiating on behalf of the client
– Coordinate signing
– Represent the client at the notary, if needed
Step 5: finalizing
– We help you arrange utility providers
– Accompany during check in and check out
Conditions
– fee is equal to 0,75% of the buying price (including 21% VAT)
– based on ‘no cure no pay’
– fee is only being charged when assignment is accomplished
